Vintage Craftsman bench vise model 506-51801 completely restored and in excellent working condition with absolutly no issues. 3 1/2" Jaws. Opens up to 4". Weighs 17 lbs. Measures 10 1/2" long x 5 3/4" tall. Completely disassembled, stripped and cleaned every part and piece. Found no damage or repairs. Primed, painted 3 coats and clear coated. Polished all exposed unpainted parts. Lubricated moving parts before reassembling. Vise operates perfectly. Opens and closes smoothly and with ease. No sloppiness at all. Jaws are in beautiful condition and close square and tight. Swivel base rotates with ease and locks down tight. Made in the U.S.A. back when they built things to last forever.
