    This Itty bitty, fully functioning, Armstrong Pipe Vise is, I believe, a Saleman's Sample or a novelty give-away.  I've researched this for years, and I have never seen it included in any ad by Armstrong.
    As I stated earlier,  this vise is fully functioning.  It is metal, cast steel I think, and it holds material well.
    It is completely untouched/uncleaned /unrestored.   I only hit it with canned air to clean off the dust.
    I've had this for years, and it will be a great piece for anyone's collection.
