    53, 54 used, Scott 55 cancelled with full gum, Scott 59 unused with full gum, Scott 96, 97 unused with full gum, Scott 99 used, 100 unused with full gum and Scott 100 used cancelled with gum. They feature the images of President T. Augustin Simon Sam, President Pierre Nord-Alexis, Coat of Arms.
