Condition: This old vise was painted light green when I first got it. Most of the green paint was peeling off badly or very rusty looking. I then decided to just wire brush off all of the paint right down to the bare metal as you can now see in my pictures now (see pics). I actual like the "BARE-METAL" look (see pics). I did cover the vise with some WD40 oil blend to help prevent some rusting, then wiped off the excess oil mixture with a rag (see pics). The vise opens and closes smoothly with no issues at all. The jaw plates are in VERY GOOD lightly used condition (see pics). Just some very very minor ding marks and saw marks on the top of the jaws (see pics). The anvil face on the vise has some ding marks on it too (see pics). Also something I have never seen before on any of the LITTCO vises I have had is there's a # "1" stamped into or molded into the side of the anvil plate on the model # side of the vise (see pics). The swivel base also works great, and locks down tightly. SEE MORE INFO.

This old vise was painted light green when I first got it. Most of the green paint was peeling off badly or very rusty looking. The jaw plates are in

The swivel base also works great, and locks down tightly, with no issues at all (see pics). There are no breaks or cracks in the cast iron or steel parts. The only thing I can notice with this vise is a "DING" mark on the top of the beam (see last pic). But the vise still opens and closes smoothly, with no issues at all like I said before.
Very solid and a great user, or collectible vintage vise. The vise opens up to 3" wide. The jaws are actually a little over 3-5/8" wide. The vise weighs in at 12 pounds 6.4 oz. The vise is 10" long x 5-3/8" tall.
